3k-21k: Easy 3-6 miles
21k+: Easy 5-9 miles

Post run strides: 300, 200, 100
Post run strength: 3 sets of - 20 unbroken pushups, 40 unbroken sit ups, 15 donkey kicks on each leg; 2 min rest
