Come in to Dick Pond Athletics in Lisle tonight at 6pm to go for a 4 mile fun run then listen to a talk about the 5 phases of nutrition for the endurance athlete!
All Pre-run:
Lunge Matrix
3k-5k:
35-45 minutes (if you are near hills, run them)
5k-10k:
4-7 miles (if you are near hills, run them)
10k-21k:
5-9 miles (if you are near hills, run them)
21k+:
7-11 miles
All Post Run:
Push Ups AMRAP x 2 (As Many Reps as Possible) once you have to rest, you are finished with the set.
Plank Hold AMSAP x 2 (As Many Seconds as Possible) once you have to rest, you are finished with the set.
Find your hollow position!
Post distance and times to comments as well as push up reps, plank seconds and questions on the hollow!
