Running Times Magazine ran a great article on the fascia and its function in the human body. Fascia is a truly underrated bodily structure. You need to know about it, you need to take care of it. Mobility, self myofascial release, foam rolling and massage are great ways to focus on and rehab the fascia. Hydration is paramount as well. Your body is 70% water, keep it that way.
